Regular or Large: choosing your Safease size

Safease comes in two sizes, and the choice isn’t about “small” or “big” — it’s about flow and time of day.

Safease Regular — L size, 290mm. Built for light to medium flow. It’s the everyday pad — comfortable for work, college, and travel, with the same anion strip and dioxin-free core as the larger size. Most people use Regular for days 3 onwards, and through the lighter tail of the cycle.

Safease Large — XXL size, 350mm. The extra 60mm of length is mostly at the back, where overnight leaks happen. Reach for Large on your heaviest days (usually days 1–2) and every night, regardless of flow. The wider back panel is the difference between waking up confident and waking up to do laundry.

A practical rhythm most users settle into: Large at night and on heavy days, Regular for everything else. Many keep both in rotation rather than choosing one — which is exactly why our combo packs include both.
