These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of limarkwellness.com (the “Website”), operated by Lokare Impex and Marketing Pvt. Ltd.. By accessing the Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to place an order. By using the Website you confirm you meet these conditions.

2. Products

The Website offers two product lines:

Safease — anion-strip sanitary pads. Period care.
Limark — Ayurvedic supplements, oral care, skin care.

All products are wellness supplements and personal care items. They are not medicines and make no curative claims. They support, do not replace, professional medical advice. Consult a qualified physician before starting any supplement, especially during pregnancy, lactation, or with existing medical conditions.

Product images are illustrative. Actual packaging may vary marginally. Active ingredients and net quantity as printed on the pack are authoritative.

3. Pricing & Orders

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to revise prices without notice. Discount coupons are applied as per their stated terms.

Once you place an order, it is binding subject to our right to refuse on grounds of: stock unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or invalid delivery address. In such cases the full amount paid is refunded.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We accept:

UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex)
Net banking (all major Indian banks)
Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, Freecharge, etc.)
Cash on Delivery (COD) — available at most pincodes, up to a limit of ₹3,000 per order.

Failed or declined payments do not place an order. Card details are never stored on our servers — they are handled directly by Razorpay over a secure tokenised channel.

6. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

See our Cancellation & Refund Policy. In summary: hygiene products (period care, oral care, skincare) are non-returnable once opened; sealed Limark supplements may be returned within 7 days; orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Website for any unlawful purpose.
Submit false or fraudulent orders.
Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the Website.
Misuse review or comment systems (spam, abuse, impersonation).

Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending orders, without refund of items already dispatched.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on limarkwellness.com — text, photographs, illustrations, logos, packaging design, product names — is the exclusive property of Lokare Impex and Marketing Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and design laws. No reuse, reproduction, or commercial exploitation is permitted without prior written consent.

9. User-Generated Content

By submitting reviews, photos, or comments you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use that content for marketing and product display, on the Website and on our social channels, with attribution to your first name and city.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the value of the products purchased in that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (delayed delivery, missed appointments, downstream losses).

Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, pandemic restrictions, courier strikes, or internet outages.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at the registered office of Lokare Impex and Marketing Pvt. Ltd..

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Website after a revision constitutes acceptance.
