Where We Ship

We ship pan-India through Shiprocket and Delhivery partner couriers. Most pincodes are serviceable. For unserved pincodes, we contact you within 24 hours of order placement with alternate courier or refund options.

At this time we do not ship internationally.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹500.
  • Flat ₹50 shipping fee on prepaid orders below ₹500.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) available pan-India for orders up to ₹3,000. A ₹50 COD handling charge applies; waived on COD orders above ₹500.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders placed before 2 PM IST on a business day dispatch the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM IST, on weekends, or on national holidays dispatch on the next business day.
  • You receive an SMS and email with the tracking ID once the parcel is handed to the courier.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated transit time from dispatch:

  • Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad): 2–4 business days.
  • Tier 2 / Tier 3 cities: 4–7 business days.
  • Remote and rural pincodes: 5–10 business days.

Delivery time may be affected by courier load, weather, regional holidays, or force-majeure events outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Track at any time at limarkwellness.com/order-tracking using your order ID and registered email. Tracking links are also included in every shipping notification email and SMS.

Failed Delivery / 3 Attempts

If the courier attempts delivery 3 times without success (address inaccessible, recipient unavailable, refusal to accept), the parcel returns to our warehouse (Return To Origin / RTO). We re-attempt delivery on request, or refund the order minus a ₹100 reverse-courier charge.

Damaged or Tampered Parcel

If the parcel looks damaged or tampered with on arrival, please:

  1. Photograph the unopened parcel from all sides before opening.
  2. Email care@lokareimpex.com within 24 hours of delivery with photographs and the order ID.

We replace the order at no charge after verifying the claim.
