Morning or evening: timing your Limark supplements

Ayurveda has always paid attention to timing — dinacharya, the daily routine, is half the medicine. Modern absorption science agrees: the same capsule works differently depending on when it meets your stomach.
Berry Fusion — before breakfast. Take 30ml in a glass of water on a relatively empty stomach. Antioxidant polyphenols absorb better without competing food, and the gentle bitterness primes digestion for the day. Morning also means you notice the steady-energy effect when you need it most.
Kanchnar Chhal — morning, with warm water. Its classical action is on lymphatic and glandular flow, which Ayurveda associates with the lighter, more active first half of the day. One capsule with warm (not hot) water helps the freeze-dried extract disperse.
What about evening? If mornings are chaotic, consistency beats perfection — a supplement taken every evening is far better than one taken sporadically at the “ideal” time. Pick the slot you’ll actually keep, and keep it for the full 90 days.
One rule holds across all of them: take them daily. These are slow, compounding habits — not switches. The body rewards rhythm.
